As the Customer Experience Manager, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between tools and customer challenges. Responsibilities:
- Promote increased usage of our data catalog among customers who have completed onboarding.
- Support customers with low usage rates to boost their engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to encourage feature adoption.
- Improve implementation processes and propose new features.
- Manage contract renewals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Introduce new features and drive their usage.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers and sales to upsell additional features.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in problem-solving management/IT consulting or enterprise IT product sales.

Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in formulating and executing mid- to long-term strategies aligned with business goals.
- Experience in cross-department negotiations with customers generating over 500 billion yen in sales.
- Background in the B2B SaaS industry.
