As the Customer Experience Manager, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between tools and customer challenges. Our client is seeking passionate individuals who can forge long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and leverage experience in sales and consulting to enhance business efficiency and data democratization.


Responsibilities:

  • Promote increased usage of our data catalog among customers who have completed onboarding.
  • Support customers with low usage rates to boost their engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to encourage feature adoption.
  • Improve implementation processes and propose new features.
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Introduce new features and drive their usage.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers and sales to upsell additional features.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in problem-solving management/IT consulting or enterprise IT product sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and execute customer success strategies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in formulating and executing mid- to long-term strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Experience in cross-department negotiations with customers generating over 500 billion yen in sales.
  • Background in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Ability to see the potential of the B2B SaaS model and enterprise data management.
